ReachFast

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReachFast ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of ReachFast, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Service in any capacity.

2. Description of the Service

ReachFast is a job application tool that allows users to send job application emails directly from their Gmail account via Telegram. The Service works as follows:

• You complete a one-time setup on the ReachFast web app by connecting your Gmail account, uploading your resume, setting a message template, and linking your Telegram account.
• Once setup is complete, you can trigger the /send command on Telegram, provide the recruiter's email address, and ReachFast will send a job application email from your Gmail account to that recruiter.

ReachFast acts purely as a delivery mechanism. All emails are sent from your own Gmail account on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

To use ReachFast, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Have a valid Google (Gmail) account and a Telegram account.
• Agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. User Account and Setup

To use ReachFast, you must connect your Google account via OAuth. By doing so, you authorize ReachFast to send emails on your behalf using your Gmail account, limited strictly to job applications you initiate through the /send command.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your Google and Telegram account credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your ReachFast account.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the resume and message template you provide.

You must notify us immediately at contact.ravirathod@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReachFast only for its intended purpose: sending genuine job application emails to recruiters or hiring contacts.

5.1 You must NOT use ReachFast to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or emails unrelated to job applications.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organization.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in emails.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates Google's or Telegram's terms of service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your resume, message template, and any emails sent through ReachFast. We do not review, filter, or take responsibility for the content of emails sent via the Service.

6. Google API and Gmail Usage

ReachFast uses the Gmail API solely to send job application emails on your behalf. We do not read, scan, index, or store the contents of your Gmail inbox or any emails beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

By connecting your Google account, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Telegram Usage

ReachFast connects to Telegram solely to receive your /send commands. We do not read, store, or access your personal Telegram conversations, contacts, or any other Telegram data beyond what is needed to process your commands.

Your use of Telegram in connection with ReachFast is also subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ReachFast, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Your data is used exclusively to provide the Service.

9. Account Termination and Deletion

You may stop using ReachFast at any time by disconnecting your Google and Telegram accounts.

If you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted, please contact us at: contact.ravirathod@gmail.com

We will process your deletion request within 2 to 3 business days and permanently remove all data associated with your account, including your Gmail credentials, resume, message template, and application history.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ReachFast at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReachFast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Emails sent through the Service will be delivered successfully to recipients.
• The Service will meet your specific job application needs or result in any particular outcome.

You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReachFast and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Failure of emails to be delivered to recruiters.
• Inaccuracies in your resume or message template.
• Any actions taken by recipients of emails sent via the Service.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials that make up the ReachFast Service are owned by ReachFast and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your resume and message template. By uploading this content, you grant ReachFast a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of ReachFast after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
