1. Introduction

ReachFast ("we," "our," or "us") is a job application tool that helps users apply to jobs faster by sending application emails directly from their Gmail account via Telegram. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

By using ReachFast, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy.

2. What ReachFast Does

ReachFast enables users to apply to job openings quickly and directly from Telegram. Here is how it works:

• You log in to ReachFast via the web app and connect your Gmail account.
• You upload your resume and set a message template that will be used in your job application emails.
• You connect your Telegram account to ReachFast.
• Once setup is complete, you can trigger the /send command on Telegram, provide the recruiter's email address, and ReachFast will send the job application email directly from your Gmail account to that recruiter.

This is a one-time web setup. After that, the entire job application process happens through Telegram.

3. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service. This includes:

3.1 Google Account Information

When you connect your Gmail account, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture

This information is displayed within the app so you can clearly see which Gmail account is connected to ReachFast.

3.2 Resume and Message Template

We collect and store:

• Your resume, which is attached to job application emails sent on your behalf.
• Your message template, which is used as the body of your job application emails.

3.3 Job Application Records

Each time you send a job application through ReachFast, we record:

• The number of applications you have submitted.
• The recruiter's email address to whom the application was sent.
• The recruiter's name (if provided).
• The company name (if provided).

We store this data so you have full visibility into where you have applied, helping you track your job search effectively.

3.4 Telegram Account

We connect to your Telegram account solely to receive your /send commands and relay the job application process. We do not read, store, or access any of your personal Telegram messages.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide the ReachFast service. Specifically:

• To send job application emails from your Gmail account on your behalf.
• To display your connected Gmail account (name, email, profile picture) in the app.
• To attach your resume and apply your message template to outgoing emails.
• To maintain a history of your submitted applications for your reference.

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics sold to third parties, or any purpose beyond operating the ReachFast service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal data to any third party. Your data is never accessible to any external party without your explicit permission.

The only data that leaves our systems is the job application email sent from your Gmail account to the recruiter's email address you provide, which is the core purpose of the service.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted on Vercel. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Access to stored data is strictly limited to what is necessary to operate the service.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active, so you continue to have access to your application history and can use the service without repeating the setup.

We will process your deletion request within 2 to 3 business days. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account, including your Gmail credentials, resume, message template, and application history, will be permanently removed.

8. Google API Usage

ReachFast uses the Gmail API solely to send emails on your behalf. We access your Gmail account only for this purpose.

We do not read, scan, index, or store the contents of your Gmail inbox or any emails other than those sent through the ReachFast service.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

ReachFast is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of ReachFast after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
